All Bands are one size. Fits wrist sizes between 130mm and 210mm circumference.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe the band clean with a nonabrasive cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with water. For a deep clean, immerse in water and mild hand soap. Do not machine wash. Lay on flat surface to dry.
